WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 90 MINUTE STRATEGY SESSION: This is a virtual happy hour to kick things off! This initial inspiration session helps me understand your existing social media presence and efforts and your vision for the future.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA PLAYBOOK: This is the core document of your social media landscape of your business to reference by any person who handles your brand and social channels.  It will lay out all the processes on how your business will speak, listen and engage with customers. It provides the foundation to your social presence and is the guide for all social media players who will be in communication on your social accounts as a means to be consistent with the workflow as well as your brand messaging and image.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA AUDIT: A breakdown of 2 of your social media profiles with highlights of both strengths and weaknesses and an analysis of 2-3 competitors (of your choice). 

  • STRATEGY: Recommendations on what social media channels to use and how. A list of hashtags and ways to utilize them on the platform. Optimizations to make on your social channels. Post examples with images, captions and hashtags. Editorial calendar template and reporting template for ongoing management and planning use. 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

This is for clients who need support with their ongoing monthly management.

TIMEFRAME 3 Month commitment

REQUIRES THAT THE CLIENT HAS GONE THROUGH THE AUDIT AND STRATEGY. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 90 MINUTE STRATEGY SESSION: This is a virtual happy hour to kick things off! This initial inspiration session helps me understand your existing social media audit and strategy and any business goals.

  • MANAGEMENT SET-UP: Leverage of a social media management scheduling platform and set-up

  • CHANNEL OPTIMIZATIONS: Set-up or optimizations of social media channels based on audit

  • EDITORIAL CALENDAR: Based on the findings from audit & strategy, I will build out a monthly editorial calendar of content for 2 social media channels

  • CONTENT CREATION: Design of branded graphics for social posts.

  • MONTHLY MANAGEMENT: Weekly monitoring and responding to posts/engagements.

  • REPORTING & OPTIMIZATIONS: Monthly reporting on performance and recommendations for optimizations.

INVESTMENT: Cost on management varies based on number of channels. This is determined in the audit/strategy.
